Okçuer, completed Marmara University Fine Arts Faculty Painting Department and Master's education.

 As well as creating paintings and designs, in her previous works, Okçuer has gravitated towards the marks of her body and inner voices by studying the perfectly working mechanics of the human being and making use of the devices of medicine, infinity of light, depth of music, and the visualization and presentation power of video. By disintegrating the external shield of the body, she attracts the look focused on the surface to the inner part and makes the latent universe invisible to the bare eye visible using MR and varied techniques. Currently, by joining science, art and technology, Okçuer is carrying out her work and research on energy, which exists in each and every particle of life as an invisible power, particularly on frequencies and sound vibrations.
