We assume, in their natural state, tree branches and leaves are arranged haphazardly. While everything follows a certain set of rules and measures; from where the branch will sprout to how the leaves are arranged. And even the symmetry of a flower. These rules and measures are hidden in the Fibonacci Sequence. The Fibonacci spiral, which follows the Fibonacci Sequence, thus, is embedded in the cycle of nature and life – the mathematics of existence. We can observe this sequence in plants, in human and animal anatomy, in the whirlwind and even our universe.
In this mathematical cycle, women and men exist on equal terms. Otherwise, the balance is lost, and the cycle of nature is broken. Life must be equally experienced and enjoyed by men and women, however, in patriarchal societies, it is difficult for women to realize their potential and project the light and strength in them. Moreover, women are subject to all kinds of violence. Their voices are similar to the whisper of the wind. Some completely silent or altogether silenced.
Women’s silenced cries for help against gender-based violence can only be heard if everyone else stands in solidarity with them.
